Mindset
Mindset is a way of thinking and attitude toward the world around us.
We all grew up somewhat believing that our abilities are innate, and that those who possess talent can achieve success without any effort (fixed mindset).
Our education is based, among other things, on growth mindset. This means that our intelligence, talents, and abilities can grow over time, and the effort we put into them will pay off over the years.
